本装置は、一定間隔に銅管を並べておいて、アルミ・銅などのプレートフィンを一定のピッチで差し込んで行く装置です。
サーボモーターを応用する事で、 フィンピッチ精度を向上する事が出来ました。又、コイルの中間に 補強板等も入れる事が出来る様に最新のソフトを組み込みました。
電気制御に関しても、シーケンサーに加えてタッチパネルを応用した事で非常に扱いやすい装置に成りました。

This machine is to insert Aluminum Copper plate fin in the tube to produce the heat exchanger.
Since we applied the servo-motor to feed the plate fin, the fin pitch is very accurate.
The machine is installed with touch panel which makes it very easy to operate.

フィンプレス加工や拡管工程時に ショウケース用の冷却コイルの 内外面に付着した揮発性オイルを 高温にて強制乾燥する炉です。
コイルは、コンベヤー上に載せた上で 内面ブロー用ヘッダーとシリコンホースにて接続されて炉内に挿入されます。内面ブロー用の高温空気は、手動スイッチを押す事により自動で接続されるので、安全且つ簡便に操業できます。乾燥工程が終了すると、ブザーにて作業者に知らせます。

This is to dry the evaporating oil on and in the heat exchanger coil for air-conditioner and show-case.
The work is conveyed in the furnace on the roller conveyer . After the drying cycle is finished, buzzer will advise to the worker.
Hi-temperature air connecting system is applied for the safe operation.

This system is to stack plate fins after produced from the fin press. Fin is automatically dropped into the pins on the pallet. When pin is stacked fully, the fin press is stopped till the free-flow conveyer moves one step.

順送プレスにて打ち出されてきたフィンを自動的に２本のピンに集積する装置です。
一対のピンに一定枚数のフィンが集積されると、 フィンプレスは自動停止します。その後、フリーフローコンベヤーによりパレットが１ステップ送り出されます。コンベヤーが停止すると、自動でフィンプレスが起動し必要枚数のフィンを又加工し始めます。本装置では、８対のピンが１枚のパレットに取り付けられますので、８スタック分のフィンの生産が可能です。又パレットの枚数を追加するとその分だけ多くのフィンが連続で生産できると言う事です。

夜間運転に付いて！！！
本装置はすべて自動制御されていますので、完全自動運転で稼動しています。退勤直前に本装置をセットして帰宅した後も無人にて
生産を続けます。仮に翌朝出勤前に生産が完了したとしても、フィンプレス、コンプレッサーすべての電源が切られるよう
電気の無駄遣いがまったく無いように設計してあります。
